The Experience

Committed to excellence, the Energy Lab Café is not your pre-packaged, mass-produced, grab-and-go coffee shop. We believe magic happens when strangers begin speaking, and when friends gather to enjoy each other's company. The Energy Lab is a ‘wifi free zone,’ to help create a friendly café atmosphere to connect while disconnecting. So, say hello to your neighbor in line and be greeted by our baristas with a smile.
We invite you to discover a new favorite morning starter or afternoon pick-me-up. It’s OK. Cheat on your morning espresso shot with a macchiato. Try a nitrogen-infused cold brewed coffee from the Energy Lab tap, or mix it up with a shot of Kombucha. Our baristas pride themselves on blending up fantastic new smoothie and juice flavors.

We are the new wave.
Single origin beans from the top 1% of all coffee harvested in the world. Signature drinks, like our Macademian Almond Macchiato or our Cherry Blush. Unique brew methods, like our Steampunk, a full immersion where every single cup is made to order and profile, to perfection. Espresso, is our freedom to extract, using the Slayer, a machine with a revolutionary method of extraction. A result that is a real perceptible change in taste and aroma.
Seven categories of teas
You're sure to find your favorite within our seven categories of teas: Black, Chai, Green, Herbal, Oolong, Roobois and White. All of our teas are brewed to a perfect profile, fresh right on our Steampunk. All teas are available hot, iced or with a shot of lemonade. One of our teas, the ceremonial grade Matcha, is the most powerful you have ever tried. Known for being a powerful antioxidant that fights cancer, enhances calm, boosts concentration, increases energy, detoxes and fortifies the immune system.
Smoothies like no others
A creamy nutritious blend of organic fruits and vegetables, these delicious drinks can be used as a meal replacement or a healthy snack. All our smoothies are made with organic ingredients and are fully blended with frozen fruit. No ice is ever added.
Complex Juices
Organic fruits and vegetables provide you with natural energy and revitalization. Our juices are all made at the time of order with organic ingredients. Fresh juice not only contains a greater nutritional value, it contains life.
